The IPLSA Benefit Association exists to bring the members of the IPLSA benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and pre-tax plans.

For over 20 years, we have been working to create employee benefits packages which will allow even the smallest firm to compete with the largest for good employees. We work with each client personally to make this possible.

In addition to employee benefits, we offer several individual benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.

The flagship of the IPLSA Benefit Association is our Voluntary Employee Benefit Association, or VEBA. Similar to a Flexible Spending Account or Cafeteria Plan, the VEBA allows your employees to elect to set aside money pre-tax to pay for their medical, dental, vision or daycare expenses. As this money is never subject to tax, this saves both the employee and the employer on taxes.
